Returns & Refund Policy

At MILLIE SOHO, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • be returned in its original packaging, where possible
  • not be damaged as a result of improper use or handling

  • the reason for the return
  • any relevant photos, if the item is damaged or was delivered incorrectly

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or was delivered incorrectly.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
