Shipping & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery usually takes 3–6 working days, depending on the destination and the delivery method selected.
Yes, we offer free standard delivery. If any special delivery charges apply, these will be clearly shown at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed. This can be due to the courier’s processing time, local conditions or temporary delays in transit.

Returns & Refunds
Yes. You can request to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. It should be returned in its original packaging, where possible, and must not be damaged as a result of improper use or handling.
To start a return, please contact us at viggaribe@viggaribe.com. Please include your order number, full name, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or was delivered incorrectly.
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was delivered incorrectly.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund is usually processed within 5–10 working days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
